Section Schedule HUMA 104 Introduction to Women and GenderStudies This course will introduce students to the broad variety of scholarship on women through an interdisciplinary approach. The course will begin with an exploration of the history of women's rights movements. It continues with the examination of the social construction of gender, gender roles, sexuality and power. With this background, we will explore a wide variety of topics, ranging from media to spirituality, using the tools of feminist analysis.
